If your purchase doesn't perfectly fit your workspace, our team is here to help facilitate a smooth return or exchange process.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Shipment
Carefully disassemble the chair and pack it back into its original shipping carton with all protective padding to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package back to our distribution center using your preferred carrier.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.
